Anna Strohmeyer
Hi! I’m Anna Strohmeyer, a freshman with ambitions to double major in International Studies and Anthropology, from Rockwall, Texas. Other than the Sou’Wester, I am also part of Rhodes Singers, which I enjoy immensely. Some other small facts about me: I’m a huge history geek, and am a little bit of a politics nerd. I also love languages, specifically the field of linguistics, and I will geek at some point, guaranteed, about kinship and culture. In my free time, you will probably catch me either reading a book (hopefully with some hot tea in hand), writing something (whether it be plays, stories, or poems), or just chilling outside listening to music. Most of all, it’s my pleasure to be a part of the Sou’Wester this year and I look forward to writing some (hopefully) interesting articles for y’all.
